About Talk Your Thesis (TYT)
Talk Your Thesis (TYT) is the most awaited competition of the India Science Festival (ISF) which provides a platform to budding scientists and researchers to share their research in the most creative and exciting ways possible!
TYT came into existence with the idea of bringing research from labs to the public and making it entertaining yet comprehensible. Sing aloud or dance it out – Talk Your Thesis is where you get to experiment and showcase your creative talents! Read the steps and guideline, participate in the competition and you could get the chance to present your thesis in front of a live audience!
Submit your 2-minute trailer video through the google form along with your resume and 250 word abstract of your scientific research.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Anyone who is pursuing an MSc/MS/MTech/PhD/ Post Doc or has completed one in the past 12 months is eligible for this competition.
PARTICIPATION PROCESS

Send us your details and explain your research in a 2 minute short video.

The 5 finalists will be selected through a competitive process and the entries will be judged on the following parameters – presentation style, originality and creativity, content organisation and creativity.

The top 5 finalists will be mentored by world renown experts in the field to polish their skills in order to compete at the festival venue in January 2027.

The candidates will compete in the finals and deliver a public performance in front of a live audience at the India Science Festival in January 2027, at Pune.
